Elmhurst Public Library
Located at the north end of Wilder Park at 125 S. Prospect Avenue, the Elmhurst Public Library is a sunny, warm, and inviting space where the community is encouraged to Connect, Create, and Explore. Besides more than 300,000 books, the Library houses magazines, newspapers, downloadable books, audiobooks, compact discs, DVDs, games, and more. An on-site coffee shop, numerous study rooms, and a fireplace on the second floor make the Library a tempting spot to stay for a while.
Dynamic programming for both children and adults runs throughout the year, including Summer and Winter Reading programs for both children and adults, as well as book discussions, crafting and cooking demos, and technology instruction.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The Library’s catalog and the online databases are available from any of the public computers in the Library, or from the Library’s website: www.elmhurstpubliclibrary.org
