Great idea! We had a wonderful “last day before kindergarten” with our granddaughter taking train, searching flamingos, shopping, going to park & lunch, enjoying movie, then ice cream, before heading back home on train. She loved it!

Originating during the pandemic, this unique activity was created to encourage both local and out-of-town visitors to explore everything the downtown business district has to offer. Now in its fifth year, these quarterly plush animal searches have become a cherished tradition for both the young and the young at heart!
To participate, players can pick up a playing card at any ECC store or restaurant and search for at least 20 hidden plush animals scattered throughout the businesses in the downtown area. Participants have the chance to win a cute plush animal or ECC gift cards. It's a win-win situation: players enjoy a fun, family-friendly activity while discovering new businesses and trying different restaurants, and merchants benefit from increased foot traffic and potential new customers.
